Arwa Atwan received her BA degree in Chemical Engineering from Jordan, and in Sep. 2010 she will obtain her M.Sc. degree in Traditional Chinese Medecine. Arwa is married to Mahmoud Atwan and has two amazing boys: Khalil & Omar.

Arwa consideres Ihsan as her extended family as it is a special place in her world. She is fascinated by the rich history, the special traditions, the wonderful families, the caring staff and the faith that brings everybody together. Being able to talk to others about new ideas to try and to be able to contribute and the chance to be one of the team. Arwa is a project administrator at Ihsan. She is willing to do what it needs to make Ihsan reach a higher place.

Doaa Jasim is the mother of a beautiful handsome twin boys. She graduated in 2006 with a M.Sc. in middle childhood education from the University of Cincinnati. Doaa is currently involved as the scouts chief at Ihsan Scouts. Doaa describes her involvement with the scouts by saying: "I love working with children, they bring joy to my heart when I see them smile and happy". One of her biggest challenge is to try to keep up with her Ihsan involvement and taking care of her family. Her dream for the scouts camp is to involve the parents and volunteers in order to accomplish the goal of integrating in the society and instilling the love of Islam in the children.

Faiz recieved his Ph.D. from UCLA in Engineering and his MBA from University of Cincinnati. His hobbies involve running, scuba diving and traveling. Faiz is currently involved in the "Ihsan scouts program" as well as "No Hungry Left Behind" program. What interests him the most in Ihsan is: empowering the youth, feeding the hungry, and driving for organization excellence.

Fedaa Jasim graduated with a doctor of pharmacy from the University in Cincinnati in 2008. She is currently employed as a clinical pharmacist. Her involvement in the Islamic volunteer work started back in 2000. Her hobbies include: walking, reading, and horseback riding. What interests her in Ihsan the most is the comprehensiveness of the message and the excellence in implementing it. Previous to Ihsan, Fedaa served as the director of the youth division of MAS Cincinnati chapter, and has been involved extensively in the youth chapter at the University of Cincinnati.

Hazem is passionate about discovering new things and evolving to new levels. He cares about people and the community and have been volunteering in different programs for the last 20+ years. Most recently, he led the youth division of the Muslim American Society, MAS Youth, from 2004-2008. He was behind the initiation of many different projects and the expansion of the organization throughout the United States. Most importantly, he worked closely with wonderful people especially those on his executive team. Currently, Hazem is leading Ihsan, a non-profit community organization based in Milford, OH.

Hazem holds a PhD in Engineering and is the head of the Information Technology department at the University of Cincinnati.  He is married and has three children.

Iman is a senior student in media informatics at the Northern Kentucky University. She is currently involved in the "Turning Point", "Newsletter", and "Movie Night" projects at Ihsan. Iman describes her interest in Ihsan by "in it I found the positive environment, in which I was able to flourish my talents. It gave me experience on how to deal with people with their different backgrounds." What drove her to Ihsan is the ideology, and its implementation. Iman has photography and drawing as her hobbies.

Marwah Badawi is married and has two beautiful girls. She enjoys cooking, outings and meeting new people. After her B.Sc. in accounting, Marwah is hoping to get a M.Sc. in management or business administration. In Ihsan, she is a scout's outing leader and she enjoys meeting the scouts outside of the camp. What made Marwah interested in Ihsan is the welcoming environment that Ihsan creates, and she enjoys working with everyone. She is hoping that everyone who does not know Ihsan to feel the same about Ihsan.
